ALUMNI CHARITY – ADOLESCENCE & PSYCHOLOGICAL SEMINARS

The “Adolescence & Psychological Education Seminar" aims to enhance the mental health and self-protection awareness of adolescents in the Liangshan Prefecture; to help them go through and meet the challenges of puberty, enlightening them in their pathway of growth. The Liangshan Psychological Association provides professional supervision and support.

The project covers various aspects, including:

• • Life Education: Guiding children to respect and cherish life;

  • Puberty Physiology Education: Helping children understand their own growth and physical changes;

  • Self-Protection Education: Enhancing their abilities to cope with dangers;

  • Emotional Guidance: Assisting them in dealing with emotional fluctuations during puberty.

 

After undergoing training by professionals in adolescence psychological issues, Fu Hui Alumni  volunteers are able to serve as backup lecturers for the project. 

In the course of the project, many questions were raised by the children about puberty. Professional teachers and psychological workers among the Fu Hui volunteers carefully answered these questions and compiled the "100 Questions about Puberty" booklet. This resource was widely used during the event and has become an important guide for children to resolve their puberty-related issues.

  

福慧之友公益－青春期護航心理教育活動 

“青春期護航心理教育”活動旨在提升涼山州青春期孩子的心理健康水平與自我保護意識。幫助他們順利度過青春期的挑戰，為孩子們的成長之路點亮明燈。涼山州心理學協會則提供了專業督導與支持。

項目內容涵蓋多方面，包括:

• • 生命教育:引導孩子們敬畏生命、珍惜生命；

  • 青春期生理知識講解: 讓孩子們了解自身成長變化；

  • 自我保護教育:增強他們應對危險的能力；

  • 情感指導:助力其正確處理青春期的情緒波動。

 

福慧之友志願者經過專業培訓也成為了青春期心理教育的”種子講師”或者”預備種子講師”。

在活動進行過程中，收集到眾多孩子提出的青春期困惑問題。福慧志願者中的專業老師與心理工作者認真解答這些問題，並精心修訂編寫了《青春期 100 問》。這份資料在活動中廣泛使用，成為孩子們解決青春期疑惑的重要指南。
