Set up Individual Scholarship to support those graduated Fu Hui starlets to continue their studies in vocational training schools, senior high schools or universities.

Set up vocational training classes in Liangshan, supporting students’ training as kindergarten teachers, nurses, technician etc. 

增設涼山福慧職業培訓班，為學生提供幼師、護理、技工等技能培訓資助。

In collaboration with former Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin and the Martin Family Initiative Model Schools Literacy Project, Fu Hui provided funding for a nutritional meal program in Hillside School located on the Kettle and Stony Point First Nation Reserve.

Set up the "pre-school education class" project to support the Liangshan government "one village, one kindergarten" policy; subsidizing meals, daily necessities and book corners for children in the village kindergartens.

Set up the “Whole School Civilization” project to promote good student behavior and habits.

支持涼山政府“一村一幼”政策，增設“學前教育班”項目，資助村幼兒教育的膳食、生活用品、圖書角等方面的需求。

增設涼山“整校文明”項目，推廣良好學生行為及個人習慣。

Set up the Canadian Indigenous School Library project with the Martin Family Initiative Model Schools Literacy Project.  The first phase was to revitalize libraries in 6 Indigenous schools across Canada.

開設“加拿大原住民學校圖書室”項目，首次資助6間加拿大原住民學校完善圖書室。

Set up the University of Toronto, School of Social Works Master Program in Trauma and Resiliency scholarship project. This program aims to equip social work professionals with expertise to engage and intervene effectively with Indigenous individuals, families and communities.

開設“多倫多大學社工學院碩士課程”資助項目。該課程關注原住民社區發展，為社區培養社工專才，改善原住民社區環境。

Started the sponsorship for the Canadian Indigenous Literacy Circle project, expanding the support to seniors in the Indigenous communities.

開始“加拿大原住民長者學習班”項目，將加拿大原住民項目擴展到所有原住民社區人士。
